All purchases made through dailyleads.com.au are considered final. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued once work has commenced on your service.

  • Timeframe: You must request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

  • Work Not Yet Started: Refunds are only available if no work has begun on your order. Once we have commenced any aspect of the service (e.g., strategy planning, data integration, scripting, design, or campaign setup), the transaction is considered non-refundable.
